General Items of Interest
- Is purchasing through your website secure? Yes. All of our payments are processed through PayPal, which is a safe and secure way to make payments online. For more information check out www.paypal.com.
- Can I use ISO’s graphics? We don’t allow the use of our graphics without permission. Feel free to contact us to discuss why you would like to use our graphics.
- What size should I buy? All men’s shirts are oversized. If you like the fit a little baggy, order your normal size. If you like it just right or snug, order one size smaller. Women’s shirts are athletic fitted shirts and run a little tight.
- How long will it take to receive my order? A typical order will be shipped in 3 to 7 business days.
- I want a custom ISO graphic for a team or event. We’re happy to create a meaningful graphic for your purpose. Minimum orders will apply.
- I want to return an item and I have not had it for more than 7 days. Feel free to contact us regarding returns. If more than 7 days, you’re probably out of luck.
- I want to order, but don’t live in a country that is acknowledged by the ISO ordering system. Let us know where you’re at and we’ll let you know how much it cost to ship.
- I want to pay by cash or check. We’ll try to work something out.
- I want to order in bulk and am looking for a discount. I bet we can make it work to benefit both parties.
