The ISO Art

When you are on a trail for an extended period of time, what you see is what you get. At that moment you are at a point where you have no energy to be fake or put on a show. You truly are your REAL primal self. Those emotions that flow through your mind and body “the inspiring Vision at the beginning to the Isolation when you felt all alone, and finally the Completion at the end” are all that is left from the experience that will soon remain behind you. ISO tries to portray those feelings in the art while providing quality endurance gear for the extreme athlete.

Find Your Focus

ISOlation is the complete separation from others of a person suffering.  Many times this emotion is most experienced by endurance athletes while sacrificing time away from family and friends to prepare for a major event.  You will be rewarded for your continued focus through a training season when your training is put into action.

Freedom Through Isolation

Many times when you intentionally separate yourself to be alone - you are free.  Free of the every day concerns that build up only to create stress in our lives.  Freedom through ISOlation provides an outlet for those concerns and recharges our minds and bodies to provide the ability to confront them head on.   This design represents Freedom as the birds and the wings are spreading out to provide openness in the art.

The shirt says it all – “Before embarking on an adventure that you know will be difficult and take significant training, you visualize that adventure and have big dreams of how great you will feel during and after completing the adventure.   Having a vision or a dream is what drives people to achieve great feats that others think are impossible.”

If you’re going to be insane, you might as well do it on a trail several miles from nowhere.  This design is a collage of many adventures to create an effect many endurance athletes can relate to.  Many times when we find this state in our minds, we’re already thinking what is the next adventure?

That Which Doesn’t Kill You…

That which doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.  Sometimes you have to find the motivation deep within yourself to move on and become stronger – as stated on the shirt, “Everyone has it inside, not everyone knows it yet.”  The skeleton runner displays just that; Your Inner Strength that is found in the face of adversity.  If you have run or trained for a marathon or an ultra marathon, you have experienced that moment at which you no longer want to go on.  This design represents the emotions in your mind and body that are present at the instant at which you think you must stop, but you decide to keep going.

Eternal Vision

A Vision is the act or power of anticipating that which will or may come to be.  This design represents faith in your Vision and the motivation to work towards that Vision.  When you believe in something and you make that choice to spread your wings, you will accomplish great things.
